What a second day we have had at Horstead!
After waking up, we started off by making our sandwiches for lunchtime, choosing any mixture of fillings we wanted! Then, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast of toast, cereals and yogurt.
We completed four different activities throughout the day, keeping busy with canoeing, rock climbing up the tower and zipwire, crate stacking and foraging and making Bannock bread during camp cookery.
For tea, we were lucky with a beautiful evening, meaning that we could have our BBQ outside on the patio – burgers and hotdogs were on the menu with ice cream for dessert!
Finally, tonight we sang some songs and toasted marshmallows around the campfire and enjoyed some time outside under the stars.
We are all ready for bed and looking forward to our final activity tomorrow morning!
