Temporary Teaching Assistant required

Five days a week 9-12pm 15 (or 16 hours) per week Grade 2 Point 7

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic practitioner to join our team initially every morning each week (15 or 16 hrs per week depending on candidates preference) in our 2/3 and 4 class. This will initially be a temporary position until the end of the Summer Term and will start as soon as possible. A good knowledge and understanding of the Early Years, Key Stage One Curriculum, Child Development and the teaching of reading are essential, as is an ability to work closely with the Class Teacher supporting planning and assessment and contributing to children’s assessment records. Knowledge of Special Needs and Autism would be an advantage as the position will involve one-to-one work with pupils.

0.6- Three days a week Mon-Wed Grade 2 Point 7

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic practitioner to join our team  initially for two terms 3 days per week (16.5 hrs) in our Early Years class. This will initially be a temporary position until the end of the Summer Term and will start in January. A good knowledge and understanding of the Early Years, Key Stage One Curriculum, Child Development and the teaching of reading are essential, as is an ability to work closely with the Class Teacher supporting planning and assessment and contributing to children’s assessment records.
