The day started with us making our sandwiches and the enjoying a yummy breakfast of cereal, toast and yoghurt. After this, we put on our waterproofs and braved the elements for our first activity of the day. All of the groups worked really well together, listening to instructions to learn new skills and conquer personal challenges.

We had an indoor picnic for lunch, including an amazing homemade flapjack, to prepare us for a busy afternoon of activities. The sun finally shone so that we could let off some steam and make the most of the lovely garden. We had a truly British (slightly windy!) BBQ and after our delicious tea had another sing song and a story before getting all packed up ready to come home tomorrow.
